One Mountain, Many Paths is all of us, playing together in a Unique Self Symphony towards a Planetary Awakening in Evolutionary Love, and held by a team of leaders who have come together and deeply immerse themselves in the First Principles and First Values of Outrageous Love and Unique Self. We are grateful to our founders Dr. Marc Gafni and Barbara Marx Hubbard for the formulations of the First Principles and First Values and its continued unfolding every day. Each of us is committed to playing the full wonder of our Unique Self Instrument and participating with full mind, heart, and passion in the evolution of love.
Marc Gafni
Dr. Marc Gafni is a visionary thinker, social activist, passionate philosopher, and author of ten books, including the award-winning Your Unique Self: The Radical Path to Personal Enlightenment. He holds his doctorate in philosophy from Oxford University, as well as rabbinic ordination. He teaches on the cutting edge of philosophy in the West, helping to evolve - what he calls - new First Principles and First Values,' or meta-theory of Integral meaning that is helping to re-shape key pivoting points in consciousness and culture.
Marc is the Co-Founder and President of The Center for Integral Wisdom and the Director and evolutionary scholar in residence at the Foundation for Conscious Evolution.
Barbara Marx Hubbard
In Memory, Spirit and Video Participation!
Barbara Marx Hubbard was a visionary and social innovator. She was an evolutionary thinker who believed that global change happens when we work collectively and selflessly for the greater good. She realized that the lessons of evolution teach us that problems are evolutionary drivers, and crises precede transformation, giving a new way of seeing and responding to our global situation. As a prolific author and educator, Barbara wrote seven books on social and planetary evolution. She was the founder of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution and served as the co-chair for The Center for Integral Wisdom. We will miss her, and we will continue our weekly global broadcasts in memory of her and all that she did as a powerful leader and passionate proponent for a planetary awakening in love through a Unique Self Symphony.
Krista Josepha Steenbergen
Executive Director
Krista is the Executive Director of the Center for Integral Wisdom, Foundation for Conscious Evolution and One Mountain, Many Paths and also serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Great Library, in particular the publication of Evolutionary Sensemaking Books.
She is also our Outrageous Love Ambassador, bringing excitement and enthusiasm for our shared practice: loving our way to enlightenment through writing Outrageous Love Letters.
She met Dr. Marc Gafni in 2013 at the Outrageous Love Festival in Holland. The dharma provided her with an integral roadmap, including everything she ever experienced or studied. She felt a deep sense of coming home.
In her life she has dealt with challenges like we all do, yet always finds herself back in ecstatic Oneness with the Mystery of Life. Through living her unique life she weaves threads between dark and light, human and divine, fulness and void, the holy and the erotic and is in particular excited to participate in telling the new story of love and sexuality (A Return to Eros).
In 2014 she graduated as a Religion Scientist, focussing her studies on Religion & Gender. In 2009 she was initiated as a Priestess during a Vision Quest as part of a three year training. Next to that she has studied with many tantric teachers, including two intensive Tantra Teacher Trainings.
Sacred Plant Medicine is a tremendous part of her healing & awakening journey, reconnecting her to the Great Mother.
She has been working as an intimacy coach, guiding women’s groups in Feminine Sensuality and hosting many community gatherings. She facilitated an online community called the Sexy Soul Tribe.
Krista is a medicine musician, practicing an ever deeper listening & surrendering to the music within. Singing always brings her back in connection with the Goddess. She loves nature, yoga, cuddle-puddles and deep authentic connection.
Jacqueline Clark
Co-Executive Producer
In 2019, after listening to the 11th Hour Series created by Dr. Marc Gafni and Barbara Marx Hubbard, Jacqueline Clark fell head over heels in love with the Dharma. She felt that she had been waiting all her life for just this moment, coming out of retirement to play her part in birthing the new story.
Jacqueline is Co-Executive Producer of One Mountain, Many Paths
Jacqueline has spent her life working with people. Trained as a counselor, she spent over twenty years in private practice, working with both individuals and couples. Additionally she was employed in the fields of healthcare, education, mental health and youth work.
In 2000 Jacqueline was ordained as an Interfaith Minister, ministering to people of all faiths and none. For a period of four years she ran monthly Interfaith worship services. Her main focus was on creating and leading ceremonies, especially funerals.
Jacqueline volunteered for several years at her local hospital supporting terminally ill patients and their families. She lives in rural Somerset, in the UK, with her husband of almost fifty years, has two children and is a grandmother to six.

Jamie Long

Jamie joined the One Mountain, Many Paths video editing team in 2020. He enjoys editing to bring the Dharma teachings by Dr. Marc Gafni and Barbara Marx Hubbard to the world.

In 2013, Jamie experienced an inner shift toward the New Story of the Universe after joining a discussion group called “Cosmos”. In 2019, Jamie participated in the 11th Hour series course with Dr. Gafni and Barbara Marx Hubbard. Now, he delights in feeling our community of Outrageous Lovers as our r/evolutionary home.
Jamie lives in San Diego in the U.S with his wife, Kaori. Jamie has a degree in engineering, and he currently works as an accountant at the city of San Diego. Jamie also volunteers in a local climate activist group.

Kristina Tahel Amelong
Kristina Tahel Amelong has studied with Dr. Marc Gafni since April 2017 and has served on the Board of the Center for Integral Wisdom since February of 2018. She is the Co-Executive Producer of One Mountain, Many Paths, where she leads co-study groups and the weekly Evolutionary Love Code writing groups. She also serves as the Co-Executive Director of the Great Library, where she is in particular working on the publication of the Evolutionary Sensemaking Books, coming forth out of our weekly One Mountain broadcast.
Kristina discovered evolutionary spirituality through the work of Barbara Marx Hubbard in October 2015 and instantly fell in love with the framework of conscious evolution as a path of spiritual activism as the concepts mirror her personal path of awakening. In 2017/2018, she taught a weekly writing course for Barbara working with her book, 52 Codes for Conscious Self Evolution.
Kristina began her spiritual activism when she put herself into a drug and alcohol treatment center in 1988. In 1996, Kristina became chronically ill and in order to heal herself, she studied both mainstream medicine and alternative medicine through books, scientific papers, the internet, and Socratic exploration, launching herself on a lifetime of study of human wellbeing.
Kristina Amelong founded the Optimal Health Network in 1998 to provide health resources, consultations, and products to an international community. The healing resources her company offers are based on the extensive data she collects from her treatments of the thousands of patients she has worked with over the past 21 years.
She lives in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, with her four large dogs and her eighteen-year-old daughter, Rayna. Kristina’s spiritual practices are dharmic study, shadow work, contemplative writing, contemplative photography.

Suzette Messa
In 2017, Suzette Messa participated in the Planetary Awakening Accelerator, a yearlong program where she met weekly to learn the dharma directly from Barbara Marx Hubbard and Marc Gafni. From that time on, her desire to immerse herself in the teachings and communicate its wisdom has become a key tenant of her life’s journey.
Today, Suzette Messa is the Board Secretary for the Center for Integral Wisdom and functions in various executive roles within the Foundation for Conscious Evolution and Sefer, Inc., including running the technology for the weekly One Mountain, Many Paths gatherings, managing Dr. Marc Gafni’s vibrant schedule and helping wherever is needed.
Suzette is a Business Consultant for a Fortune 100 company and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University.
Her professional career and passion are focused on bringing innovative solutions and technology into the world. She was instrumental in launching three start-up companies and helped revolutionize an industry through the co-creation of the first online travel application.
Her background and optimism have prepared her well for the task at hand which is no less than helping to change the source code of humanity.
Suzette lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California with her husband, two teenagers and a mischievous cat.

David Cicerchi
David Cicerchi was raised spiritually by the Jesuits and feels a deep affinity for their mantra to "see God in all things". For years, he has felt the impulse to seek God by globally volunteering, building non-profit volunteer programs, facilitating organizational change initiatives, and providing transformational coaching to the corporate world.
The spirituality of the Jesuits left much out. His yearning for a more integrated spirituality led David to meet Dr. Marc Gafni in 2011 during the conference, Integral Spiritual Experience, where Marc provided a compelling evolutionary framework and heart transmission that invited David’s radical expression of love!
David is contributing to One Mountain, Many Paths in various projects, including the compilation of Evolutionary Love Codes.
David lives in San Leandro, California with his beloved dog.
Kerstin Zohar Rachel Tuschik
Kerstin Zohar Rachel Tuschik serves as Executive Director for The Center for Integral Wisdom and as Co-Director for the Foundation for Conscious Evolution, as well as Treasurer for both organizations. Next to her involvement in key projects of the Center and the Foundation (e.g. online courses, some book and white paper projects, as well as online communication systems), she is also holding a “Vishnu” function (sustaining the financial, technological, and organizational integrity of the Center and the Foundation).
Kerstin served for many years as the Lead Executive Producer of One Mountain, Many Paths and is now serving as a senior spaceholder.
Kerstin is a Lineage Holder and authorized Senior Teacher of the Dharma of Unique Self, Evolutionary World Spirituality, and Integral Wisdom Distinctions as formulated by Dr. Marc Gafni - building on the age-old lineage reaching all the way back to Solomon and beyond.
Her studies include subjects as varied as Human Resources Development, Integral Theory, Project Management, Professional Dance, Spirituality, Personal Development, and Physics. She has been on a conscious path of personal and spiritual growth for more than 25 years, always yearning for oneness and the evolution of consciousness and love. Meeting Dr. Marc Gafni in 2011 was the culmination and fulfillment of that path; and studying and working with him as well as co-creating with this international trans-lineage sangha is the deepest pleasure and joy for her.
She lives in Germany with her partner Peter and loves to travel and meet old and new friends across the globe.
Kristina Kincaid
Dr. Kristina Kincaid is a Sexologist, Speaker and Author. She is a Master Embodiment Practitioner and Relationship and Sexuality Teacher and Coach. Dr. Kincaid is the Co-Founder with Dr. Marc Gafni of The Institute of Integral Evolutionary Tantra, The Outrageous Love Project and Sexually Incorrect, The New Phenomenology of Eros Project.
She holds an M.A. and Doctorate in Theology. She is a graduate of the Institute of Core Energetics and the prestigious Barbara Brennan School of Healing, she also earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Texas, Austin.
Kristina attributes her depth of insight and understanding of the body and the sexual to the profound wisdom teachings and transmissions are given her over the years by her many incredible mentors and teachers as well as to her personal path of healing her own deep wounding around the sexual.
Kristina’s passion is to teach conscious relating that is an affront to shame and guilt. Her commitment is to spark a movement with teachings and embodied practices that empower women and men to take responsibility for their own arousal and desire resulting in the full liberation and reclamation of their true potency and power.
Together Marc & Kristina have united to transform the desolate, raging landscape we have as a society, come to know as sex.
Claire Molinard
Claire Molinard is an empowered lineage holder and teacher of both the theory, practice, and transmission of the Unique Self Dharma. Her first dive into evolutionary spirituality was in her early twenties when she started to study Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga. Since then, Claire has explored and practiced many paths.
In 2007, during a silent meditation retreat, her small-self dissolved into the Big Love that lives at the core of all things, and this peak experience changed her perception of reality forever.
In 2008, she discovered Ken Wilber’s Integral theory, which gave her seeking mind a deep and wide enough map in which to “put all the pieces together”.
But it’s only when she met Dr. Marc Gafni in 2013, she knew she found her teacher. Dr. Gafni’s meta-vision of an evolutionary Spirituality grounded in the depth of his spiritual lineage gives her a deep sense of coming home. Claire studies with Dr. Marc, along with collaborating with him on a number of outrageous projects, by holding the stewardship of all the books and projects related to Unique Self theory and by exploring how to best complete the missing pieces of this dharma, and how to deploy the dharma effectively in the evolution of culture and consciousness.
Together, with Chahat Corten, Claire Molinard holds the extraordinary Mystery School and Outrageous Love Festival space in Europe every year.

Chahat Corten
Chahat Corten (1955) was one of the founding members of an internationally acclaimed Dutch community and retreat center dedicated to heart-based living, personal growth, and spirituality. From its beginnings in 1988, she stood with her late-life partner Ted Wilson in holding together and developing this dynamic, experimental, on-the-edge organization.
Thoroughly cooked in the complexities of intentional communal living, Chahat blends penetrating wisdom in the realms of relating, intimacy and sacred sexuality with gentle compassion, holy laughter, and ecstatic creativity.
In her wondrous life journey, she has had the privilege to meet and study with numerous great spiritual teachers from all over the world. All these doorways into the miracle of our existence have shaped her unique realization of emptiness and fullness, wisdom and love, culminating in her deep, wide-open heart.
Chahat supports individuals and couples who seek her out for her wise and deeply human perspective on all areas of life. Thomas Goddard, JD, PhD
Tom Ronen Goddard has studied with Dr. Marc Gafni since 2010 and has served on the Board of the Center for Integral Wisdom for nearly a decade. Tom also was a founding member of Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute and has served as Chairman of the Board for Shalom Mountain, a retreat center in New York where he continues to lead retreats.
Tom is the founder and CEO of Integral Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a global healthcare consulting firm that helps organizations meet internationally recognized quality standards.
Tom has a PhD in psychology from George Mason University and a law degree from the University of Arizona.
He lives in Tucson, Arizona, USA, where he communes with the desert and his guitars.
Benjamin Swartout
Benjamin graduated from Lafayette College school of Engineering in 2011. During his time there, Benjamin attempted to address injustices through leading activist work with organizations like Save Darfur and Amnesty International. While confronting and learning about massive systemic inequalities, Benjamin gratefully found the work of Integral Theory and the Center for Integral Wisdom.
After college and earning his Permaculture Design Certificate through Kibbutz Lotan, he then worked in Silicon Valley at Bloom Energy and SunPower. Benjamin returned to Israel for a year in 2016 as a Fulbright Scholar, where he learned about the convergence of the environmental crisis and the Conflict in the Middle East. This took place on Kibbutz Ketura, a rarefied living laboratory of Arab, Israeli, and international students all learning with and from each other.
It was during this incredible year, that he began studying with Dr. Marc. Beyond deepening his understanding of the Unique Self dharma and learning Torah from original sources, Benjamin has also been working as a proton accelerator engineer at Varian Medical and a hardware engineer at Apple and Beats headphones.
As part of a 1-year internship with the Center for Integral Wisdom, Benjamin is currently trailblazing the publishing and editing process for the first set of books in what we are calling The Great Library. He is researching and laying the groundwork to release several series of books that will transform the conversation around Homo Amor.
Benjamin is delighted and humbled to respond to the existential risks we are facing today by publishing these books with and in Outrageous Love. Benjamin also enjoys Tai Chi, sci-fi movies, and walking barefoot!
Ken Kinghorn
Ken Kinghorn's lifelong pursuit of healing, wisdom, love, and spirit has led him on a path from his Christian roots to broader explorations of growth and life including psychotherapy, Kripalu Yoga, and SkyDancing Tantra.
In 2006 he became a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner (CCEP) and served as Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Core Energetics.
He currently serves on the Board of the Center for Integral Wisdom and on the One Mountain, Many Paths team.
